U.S. Amateur Public Links

Sectional Qualifying at The Preserve on Rathbun Lake, Moravia

Josh Manske of Algona shot rounds of 71-68 to capture the lone qualifying spot into the 2011 U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship on Monday. The 36-hole sectional qualifier was held at The Preserve on Rathbun Lake in Moravia, IA. 2010 U.S. Amateur quarterfinalist Jed Dirksen of Hampton is exempt from qualifying for the APL and Jared Walahoski of Urbandale qualified through an Illinois sectional on June 2nd. Both will join Josh at Bandon Dunes for the championship proper..
