The Iowa Golf Association is pleased to announce another benefit to all individual members. Beginning in 2007, the 'Senior Am Tour' will become the 'Members Net Tour' and open entries to all individual members of the IGA!
All of these events utilize the USGA Handicap System™ and will be primarily focused on Net Competitions! Remember, an Individual Member of the IGA is anyone who has an active IGA/GHIN membership number through an IGA Member Club. The IGA encourages members of all playing levels and ability to participate in these events in 2007.
Each event will be conducted in the same high standards as all IGA Championships. Scheduling has not been finalized but there will be eight one-day events from June through September followed by a season ending two-day event based on a season long point system! These events are designed to include lunch, range balls, 18 holes of golf and prizes in a $45 entry fee. Carts are at the option of the player for an additional charge.
The format of each event will be announced in the near future. The Members Net Tour will offer both individual stroke play or four-ball stroke play events in 2007 with players being allowed to request pairings in all events!
All events listed as To Be Determined will most likely be scheduled in the following weeks. Please check back frequently as we will update the list as sites and dates are confirmed.

*Carroll CC will be the site of a morning 18-Hole Qualifier on July 16th for the 105th Iowa Amateur Championship. The 18-Hole Members Net Tour will begin early afternoon on July 16th with the time to be determined.
