2010 Partners Program

The IGA administers a Partners Program each year that allows individuals to contribute to their amateur golf association “above and beyond” their individual membership dues. Individuals can join the Partners Program at one of six different levels: Par, Player, Birdie, Eagle, Double Eagle and Benefactor. Depending on the level of contribution, each person receives a fulfillment package containing various golf and IGA related merchandise. A significant portion of monies generated through the the Partners Program are contributed to the IGA's Herman Sani Scholarship Fund.

The Partner Levels

Par Partner - $25

-IGA Bag Tag

-USGA Rules of Golf Book

-Annual IGA Yearbook and Membership Directory

-Partners Card

Player Partner - $40

Player Partners receive everything at the Par level plus:

-IGA Logo Hat by Ahead

-eligibility for many IGA Championships

-eligibility for IGA Player of the Year competitions

Birdie Partner - $100

Birdie Partners receive everything at the Player level plus:

-IGA Logo Shirt by Greg Norman

-10% of contributions at this level and higher are earmarked to the Sani fund

Eagle Partner - $250

Eagle Partners receive everything at the Birdie level plus:

-IGA Logo Line 1/4-Zip Pima Vest by Greg Norman

Double Eagle Partner - $500

Double Eagle Partners receive everything at the Eagle level plus:

-A special gift to be determined

Benefactor Partner - $1000

Benefactor Partners receive everything at the Double Eagle level plus:

-A special gift to be determined

What is the difference between the IGA Partner's Program and the IGA Individual Member Program?

Participation in the IGA Individual Member Program is tracked through the golfers enrolled on the IGA Handicap Service (GHIN^®). Golfers enrolled in the Individual Member Program receive benefits such as championship eligibility, eligibility to compete in the handicap events of the “IGA Senior Amateur Tour”, a subscription to Iowa Links the email newsletter of the IGA, a membership card, USGA Handicap Index®, email handicap revisions, hole-in-one certificates, and much more.

The IGA Partner's Program is a periphery program of the Iowa Golf Association that helps raise funds for championship administration and the Herman Sani Scholarship program. This program allows individuals to contribute to their amateur golf association "above and beyond" their membership dues through the Individual Member Program.

Participation in both the IGA Partner's Program and the IGA Individual Member Program is required to play in many IGA conducted championships.
